Three (3) types of policy coverages are available:

• Standard Practice - Professional Liability coverage for traditional architectural and engineering firms or any usual hybrid or hard-to-place company.
   
• Project Coverage - Stand-alone coverage for specific projects. We'll insure just the project; we don't require practice coverage.
   
• Contractor's Contingent Liability - Protects a contractor from vicarious liability arising out of an error or omission on the part of the architect or design professional hired by contractor.

• Standard:
  • $5,000 for $1,000,000 limit of liability
  • $4,000 for $500,000 limit of liability
     
• Construction Manager:
  • $5,000 for $1,000,000 limit of liability
  • $4,000 for $500,000 limit of liability
     
• Contractors Contingent:
  • $5,000 for $1,000,000 limit of liability
  • $4,000 for $500,000 limit of liability
     
• Project:
  • $25,000 for $1,000,000 limit of liability
  • $20,000 for $500,000 limit of liability
     
• Structural/Soil Engineers & Testing Labs:
  • $25,000 for $1,000,000 limit of liability
  • $20,000 for $500,000 limit of liability

Maximum Limits

• $5,000,000 each claim / $5,000,000 aggregate

Minimum Deductible

• $2,500

• Offer very flexible approach with products designed for meeting the insured's needs in this market:
• Claims made policy form
• Defense sharing deductible up to $25,000. Insured pays only 25% of each defense invoice until deductible is satisfied.
• Prior Acts coverage available.
